Hi there, I am Rosy and I love baking cakes. In this website, I am going to give you a recipe and teach you how to bake cakes.

Ingredients:

Cake:
110g soften butter

110g caster sugar

2 large eggs

110g self raising flour

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Buttercream:

150g butter

275g icing sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp milk


Cake and buttercream

Step 1: Pre heat the oven by 180 degrees. Step 2: Use a mixer to mix butter and sugar until it turns white and fluffy.
Step 3: Crack eggs, 1 at a time into the mixture and beat for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4: Add in flour and vanilla extract and mix until there’s no more flour for 5-8 minutes.

Step 5: Pour the mixture into a 20cm tin/ 10-12 cupcake cups.
Step 6: Bake it for 15-20 minutes.

*Use a new bowl
Step 7:Whisk butter and sugar until it turns white and fluffy.
Step 8: Add in vanilla extract, milk and mix it evenly. Step 9: Put 2/3 of the mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto cooled cake (s). *You may add food colouring as well
